Three ways to turn demand into a better guest experience.
Fixed and Dynamic are reservation models. Express is a separate priority-waitlist model. All three connect to the same Seatd restaurant platform.

Fixed Reservations
For reservation-focused restaurants that want a predictable price on premium tables and peak reservation times.
The restaurant selects the times, tables, sections, price, and quantity released. Off-peak reservations can remain free.

Dynamic Reservations
For restaurants that want the price of the same reservation time to adjust throughout the week as expected demand changes.
Managers approve minimums, maximums, eligible reservation days and times, weekly limits, overrides, and pause controls. Each amount is one price per table or reservation, not per guest.
Illustrative exampleThe same 7:00 PM reservation is free Sunday, $2 Monday, $5 Tuesday, $5 Wednesday, $10 Thursday, and $15 Friday.

Express
For high-volume, walk-in-heavy restaurants that want to offer paid priority toward the next qualifying table.
The regular waitlist stays free. Express adds priority while party size, table eligibility, and restaurant control still matter.
