Priority waitlist

Seatd Express

Seatd Express is the single priority-waitlist model for high-volume, walk-in-heavy restaurants and chains. Guests can purchase priority toward the next qualifying table while the restaurant keeps final control of seating.

Show guests the difference immediately

The clearest Express story is simple: standard waitlist guests stay in the normal line, while Express guests move into priority placement for the next qualifying table.

Express is priority, not a shortcut around restaurant control.

Seatd Express helps restaurants offer a paid priority option when demand is high. The restaurant still decides which tables qualify, how many Express guests can be active, and when a table is actually ready.
